2.2 One Account Per Individual
Each individual is permitted only one (1) active account at ONG777. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different name, phone number, email address, IC number, or banking details that refer to the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
2.3 Accurate Information
Members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. False or misleading information is a serious violation and may result in account closure without any refund.

- A valid and active email address
- Accurate bank account details for withdrawal purposes
2.4 KYC Process
ONG777 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. This process requires a clear copy of your identity card or passport along with relevant supporting documents. Members who refuse to submit the requested documents will have their withdrawal facility temporarily suspended.
03 Member Account
3.1 Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. ong777 will never request your password through any channel, including email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Activity
Members are responsible for all activity that occurs within their account. ong777 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account use, unless gross negligence on the platform's part is proven.
3.3 Inactive Accounts
Accounts showing no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. ong777 reserves the right to charge a monthly administration fee on inactive accounts with a remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the member.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods
ONG777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. The minimum deposit is RM30 and the maximum varies depending on the selected payment method.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing
ONG777 processes withdrawal requests in under 10 minutes for e-wallet methods and within 1–3 hours for bank transfers (FPX). Withdrawals requiring additional KYC review may take slightly longer, but we are committed to resolving them within 24 hours.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per transaction
- Maximum daily withdrawal limit: RM50,000 (subject to member's VIP tier)
- The bank account registered for withdrawals must be in the same member's name.

4.3 Withdrawals Subject to Review
ONG777 reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, we will contact the member through their registered channel for further clarification.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using an account registered in the same member's name. ONG777 does not accept third-party deposits and will not transfer withdrawals to third-party accounts.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Rollover Requirements
All bonuses offered by ONG777 — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and reload bonuses — are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) as specified in their respective promotion terms. Members must fully meet the rollover requirements before any withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.
5.2 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
ONG777 has a sophisticated detection system to identify bonus abuse. The following actions are considered abuse and may result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of wins, and account closure:

5.3 Bonus Validity Period

06 Betting Rules
6.1 Game Results
All game and betting outcomes at ONG777 are final and binding. Recorded results cannot be disputed unless there is solid evidence of a technical error that can be verified by the ONG777 technical team.
6.2 Sports Betting
Sports betting odds are updated in real time based on current conditions. ONG777 reserves the right to refuse, void, or adjust betting limits at any time, particularly during events with unusual betting activity. Bets accepted prior to any odds change will be honoured at the odds recorded at the time the bet was placed.
6.3 Technical Interruptions
In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active gaming session, ONG777 will endeavour to resolve the situation in the fairest manner for both parties. In certain cases, affected bets may be voided and deposits returned to the member's account.
Note: Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or odds discrepancies is a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions. Wins obtained through such means will be voided in full.
07 Member Conduct
7.1 Fraud Prohibited
Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest conduct on the ong777 platform. This includes, but is not limited to: using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage, colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes, and falsifying identity information.
7.2 Money Laundering
